• This is a safe and supportive space for all members. Any form of disrespect, bullying, discrimination, or harassment will not be tolerated.

• All discussions should be kind, inclusive, and non-judgmental.

• Everyone's journey is unique, let’s uplift and support one another with empathy and encouragement.

2. Sessions & Participation

• Membership is open to women who align with the community’s mission of holistic well-being, growth, and empowerment.

• Members must be 18 years or older.

• Participation in discussions, events, and activities is voluntary, and members are responsible for their own engagement levels.

3. Privacy & Confidentiality

• What is shared in the community stays in the community. Do not disclose or share personal conversations, images, or private member information outside of this space.

• Respect the privacy of others, no screenshots, copying, or sharing of content without consent.

4. Content & Conduct

• Members are encouraged to share insights, experiences, and inspiration, but all content must be respectful and aligned with the community’s purpose.

• No hate speech, offensive language, or controversial debates on politics, religion, or other divisive topics.

• No self-promotion, spam, or solicitation of services unless explicitly approved by the community administrator.

5. Health & Well-Being Disclaimer

• The community provides support and guidance, but it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

• Members should seek professional help for specific health concerns and acknowledge that participation is at their own discretion.

6. Moderation & Removal

• The community administrators reserve the right to remove posts, comments, or members who violate these terms.

• Any member found to be engaging in harmful behavior may be subject to temporary suspension or permanent removal.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• These terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation in the community implies acceptance of any updates.
