No Refund Policy

The Basics

Thank you for choosing our online community services. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have established the following No Refund Policy:

 

 

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases for online sessions are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule at least [48 hours] before the session.

  • Rescheduling requests made within the allowed timeframe are subject to availability and must be used within [30 days].

  • Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited without a refund or reschedule.

 

3. Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit for future services.

4. Technical Issues

  • We are not responsible for any technical difficulties on the client’s side, including but not limited to poor internet connection, device malfunctions or software issues.

  • If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will offer a reschedule at no extra charge.

 

5. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction

We strive to provide high-quality services but personal expectations and experiences may vary. Dissatisfaction with a session does not qualify for a refund.
